Payment Guide

Netlas supports a variety of payment options and a wide range of methods to make accessing our services convenient for everyone.

One-Time and Recurring Payment Options

We offer two payment options for subscriptions: one-time and recurring. Recurring payments offer automated renewal, which saves time and provides seamless service. One-time payments require manual renewal upon expiration.

We recommend choosing a recurring subscription to avoid the need for manual renewal each month

Fiat Payments

Netlas subscriptions and datasets can be purchased using any major credit card. For self-serve customers, additional payment options, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, are available and will appear at checkout if supported in your country.

For annual subscriptions at the Business tier or higher, we offer the option to request an invoice, payable via bank transfer.

To securely process fiat payments, we partner with the third-party provider Paddle. Please note that, due to compliance requirements and anti-money laundering regulations, Paddle restricts payments from certain countries. You can review the list of supported countries here.

If the "Pay in USD" button is disabled, this indicates that we are unable to process payments in USD from your current location.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are accepted; however, please note that recurring payments are not available with this option. You will need to initiate each payment manually. Supported cryptocurrencies include:

  • Bitcoin (Lightning available for transactions below $2,500)
  • Litecoin
  • USDT on the Tron Network

Why choose Lightning for Bitcoin payments?

The Bitcoin Lightning Network is an excellent option for transactions due to its speed and low fees.

Many exchanges, such as Binance, Kraken, and OKX, support Bitcoin Lightning payments.

If you prefer to store your Bitcoin in a wallet, we recommend the super easy-to-use custodial Wallet of Satoshi or the open-source, non-custodial Phoenix Wallet — both with Lightning support.

Before proceeding, please ensure that cryptocurrency payments are legal in your country.# Upgrading Your Subscription
